. Carl's amazing talent is creating food landscapes. Sugar waterfalls, salmon sea, potato rocks and cauliflower clouds!
He has published two books and had a special on ABC's Sunday morning special.
I wanted to share his incredible work and show a few behind the scene pictures I captured myself.
